Faucets and Toilets

 Faucets, faucets, and toilets.
This is so delicious looking!

Here is the bathroom faucets, once again part of the Moen Voss line.

And Toilets! Hurray!

Countertops

Look at what came in today

These pictures do not do them justice

And the sink is wonderful.

Here is the full view from the kitchen

 This is the hallway bathroom.

And this is the master bath. There are two sinks in this counter, they just didn't  fit in the picture.

The Wood Tile Begins

The rest of the tile floor starting going in today . . .

And it looks beautiful! More to come!

Bath Fixtures

The bath fixture line we went with is Moen Voss.
There are a few more accessories I'm going to order from amazon once we move in.

I love the way it looks. And check out this great toilet paper holder. Nifty!

These are the towel holders.

Lighting

The lights are on!
The large light in the middle of this picture (below) is going to become a ceiling fan.
P.S. This is the family room.

We put three pendent lights over the bar.
With the pendent lights and the can lights this room is very bright.

The hall just has standard flush mount lighting.
At the bottom of the picture below is the front door which has a chandelier.
We are going to switch it out when we move in.

The bath room also just has standard lighting that we are planning to replace ASAP.

The out side lights are pretty cute.
This is what they look like on the back of the house.
One by the basement door and one by the deck.

The front of the house has two of these lights on either side of the garage.

The Front is Painted

The siding on the house is now painted!

The exact color is called Jack in the Pulpit. Awesome Huh!

The color looks great with the rock front.

I also like how there is a lighter shade to give a great accent color.

cabinets

Today when we walked in we noticed they installed the cabinets!

Look at how fresh and celan they look.

We splurged at got these fun dip out trays in the kitchen. I can't wait to put things in there.

I love these handles we picked out. Simple and elegant.

We also upgraded to the 42 inch top cupboards all around.

It's amazing how the extra few inches make such a difference.

In the bathroom we choose to have two sinks in the vanity so we got this stack of drawers with our bathroom cabinets. Great storage opportunities!

Rocks Rock

The front of the house has this great rock siding stuff. It's real stone, but on the side of the house.

I'm sure it has a fancy technical name, but I have no idea what it is.

I really like how it looks!

It just adds a little bit of texture and breaks up the siding/stucco routine.

The rock parts are going to go all the way down the side of the house.

All done and perfect!

Siding and Stucco

The outside work has begun!

There are a few different styles of siding going in.
This looks really great because it gives the house a nice texture.

The side is going to be stucco and rock. I'm not such a fan of stucco but oh well.

Also in the front they are going to be putting some rock along the bottom.

I Love Tile!

Some of the tile floor was put in today. Hurray!

This is what we put in our bathroom and laundry room.

Unfortunatly, the time we picked for the kitchen and dining room is on back order.  It is suppose to come in July 24, so stay tuned. I wonder why they put that pre-tile stuff down already.

It looks like the first step is going to be tile as well. I'm curious to see how this looks.

The Painting has Finished

The Paint looks so great! I can't believe it.

The color we picked is Modern Gray by Sherwin Williams.

I LOVE that they painted the insides of the closets white. It will keep it nice and fresh looking.

Tada! the kitchen.

The railing.
